CREDO AMINOS / INFORMATION
Shipping
Delivery within the United States.
Service & destinations
Most orders ship by two-business-day air service, typically UPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
USPS may be used for P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii or destinations where it is more suitable. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Carrier selection is at our discretion; order size and destination may limit expedited-air availability.
Dispatch schedule
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking & delivery estimates
Tracking is included with every shipment. Carrier transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Allow an additional business day when a federal holiday falls on a weekday.
For significant delays, a missing shipment or a tracking problem, contact us so we can assist.
Shipping charges
U.S. shipping is $14 per order for orders under $250. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping. Free-shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts.
