Privacy notice

Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password and research declaration. WordPress manages account credentials and stores password hashes. We also receive information you choose to send when contacting support.

The research consent records your selected researcher category, the statements you accept, their version and the time of acceptance. A copy of the applicable consent is recorded with each order. The consent form does not collect your birth date or a photo ID.

How information is used

We use account information to provide catalog access, process orders, record required consent, manage sessions, respond to support requests and protect the service. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.

The storefront is hosted on Vercel, with WordPress.com and WooCommerce supporting account and catalog services. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs.

Cookies & saved selections

An essential entry cookie remembers your declaration for up to 12 hours. An essential account cookie keeps your session for up to seven days unless you sign out or access is revoked.

Your browser stores cart product identifiers, vial selections and quantities. Passwords and payment details are not stored in this cart. You can remove saved selections by clearing your cart or browser storage; signing out clears the cart in this storefront.

Your information & requests

Account records remain until removed through account administration; cookie expiry does not delete your account. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and explain any information that must be retained.
