Who are Credo materials for?
Adults aged 21 and older conducting legitimate laboratory research. Materials are not for human or veterinary use.
Do I need an account to view the catalog?
Yes. A Credo account is required to view the full catalog, product details and pricing. Create an account or sign in on the Account page.
Do I need approval before placing an order?
No manual account approval is required. Create an account and complete the required research consent to shop. You must confirm that you are 21 or older, identify your research affiliation, agree to lawful laboratory use only and accept the Website Terms and Research Use notice.
Do you provide instructions for personal use?
No. We do not provide dosing, self-administration or treatment advice.
Certificates of Analysis
Where can I look up a COA?
Visit our COA page for the Credo Aminos verification link. Have your batch or report code ready to locate the corresponding laboratory report.
What does a COA tell me?
A Certificate of Analysis reports findings for the sample and methods identified in that report. Match its product and batch details to your material.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
U.S. shipping only. Most orders ship by two-business-day air, typically UPS. Tracking is included. Carrier transit times are estimates.
When will my order ship?
Orders received before 12:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders received later ship the next business day. Weekends and federal holidays are excluded.
Do you offer free shipping?
U.S. shipping is $14 per order for orders under $250. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free shipping, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts.
